Information Security Policy

Converse Mobile is committed to protecting its information assets against all threats—whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental—to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and third parties with access to company information or systems.

To support this commitment, Converse Mobile has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that provides a structured framework for identifying, assessing, and managing information security risks, setting measurable objectives, and implementing appropriate controls.

Top Management is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the ISMS and for ensuring that adequate resources and direction are provided. Specific roles and responsibilities for information security are assigned and communicated across the organization. All personnel are required to adhere to information security procedures and contribute to maintaining the security of company assets in their daily work.

Converse Mobile is committed to complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to information security and is committed to the continual improvement of the ISMS to adapt to changes in the business environment and emerging threats.

Compliance with this policy is mandatory. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts, and legal action if appropriate. This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
